We recently rearranged the furniture in our bedroom, which gave me the perfect opportunity to organize my closet. I am very unorganized when it comes to my clothes. By the end of the week, half of my wardrobe usually ends up on the cedar chest in a pile. I’m not proud, but it’s just the way I am. After I organized my closet, I couldn’t help but notice all the colors popping out of it. For the longest time I was a blacks, greys and neutrals kind of girl. But over the past year I’ve accumulated more and more bright, colorful pieces. Since I had nothing better planned for today, I thought I’d post images of my closet, and see if any of you have any tips or tricks for getting more organized.
So, how do you stay organized? What tips or tricks have helped you make the most of your closet space?
Hey Rebecca! I (heart) organizing. Some tricks I use in my closet are to arrange items by similar color and similar category (meaning all tees together, all button ups, all dresses together and then in color coordination). I also have shoes in bins that I got from target. The ones I left in shoe boxes, I wrapped in gift paper & marked with a description of the shoe for decoration. Too much? My husband thought I was crazy.
